Creekside Acres: Your Questions Answered

We often get asked about when we’re open, where the animals live, and what’s coming up at the farm.
Here are some answers to our most common questions:

❓ Why isn’t Creekside Acres open every day?
Right now, we’re still balancing farm life, family life, and all the behind-the-scenes work it takes to grow crops and plan events. Because of that, we’re not open on a regular daily schedule. Instead, we open for special events, u-pick opportunities, workshops, and seasonal offerings.

❓ When can I visit the farm?
🌾 U-Pick Flowers (Going on Right Now) – Select dates during the growing season.
🍂 Fall DĂ©cor (Starting September 6th) – Our self-serve stand will be stocked with pumpkins, mums, straw bales, corn stalks, and more.
🎉 Harvest Festival (September 27th & 28th) – A full weekend of family fun, fall activities, music, farm animals, and seasonal treats.
🎄 Christmas Season (Starting November 8th) – the farm opens on a more regular schedule for tree sales, workshops, and holiday experiences.
đŸ–Œïž Classes & Workshops – Throughout the year, we also host hands-on classes (like seasonal dĂ©cor, crafting, or farm-inspired experiences) whenever we find something fun and meaningful to share with you.

❓ Do the animals live at Creekside?
Not full-time! Our goats, chickens, and mini Highland cows live at our family farm. They “visit” Creekside Acres for special events—like the Harvest Festival—so guests can meet them up close.

❓ Will you ever have regular hours?
We’d love to one day keep the farm open on a consistent schedule, but for now we are doing the best we can by hosting special events. Every time you visit and support our events, you help us move closer to making that dream a reality.

❓ How can I stay updated?
The best way is to follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest announcements about events, classes, u-pick dates, and seasonal offerings.

We’re so grateful for your support as Creekside Acres continues to grow. We can’t wait to see you soon—whether it’s for fall dĂ©cor after September 6th, the Harvest Festival on September 27th & 28th, a hands-on workshop, or during the Christmas Season~ my favorite!
